Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

By creating an account or booking a checkup on parenthealth.in, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. What Parent Health is

Parent Health is a care-coordination service that arranges preventive health checkups and doctor consultations for your parents through independent, NABL-accredited partner labs and qualified doctors. We are not a diagnostic laboratory, hospital, pharmacy, ambulance service, or insurer — we coordinate the process and keep you informed.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract. You confirm that you have the consent of the parent/beneficiary to arrange their healthcare and to share their information with us for that purpose.

3. Memberships & packages

Memberships and packages (e.g. Gold, Platinum) are annual, per parent, and include the features and tests described on the Plans page. Features, partner labs and pricing may change over time; material changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Bookings, scheduling & serviceability

Home sample collection is available only in serviceable pin codes — if a pin code is not serviceable, the home-collection booking will not proceed. Appointments must be scheduled at least 14 hours in advance and are subject to slot availability and confirmation by our team. Your NABL-accredited partner lab is assigned by us for the best coverage and turnaround in your parent's area; a specific lab cannot be guaranteed. Accurate details and the parent's cooperation (being available for collection, following any preparation instructions) are required for the service to be delivered.

5. Payments

Fees are shown at checkout in Indian Rupees (INR) and are collected securely through our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments (cards, UPI, net-banking and wallets), or by UPI transfer. We do not store your full card or bank details. A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: refunds apply where a paid pin code turns out to be non-serviceable, for duplicate/failed transactions, or where we cannot deliver the service; bookings can be rescheduled subject to availability; and bookings become non-refundable once the sample is collected.

7. Medical disclaimer

Consultations, reports and summaries are for informational and preventive guidance only and are not a substitute for emergency care or a treating physician. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. See our Medical Disclaimer.

8. Third-party providers

Diagnostic tests and consultations are performed by independent partners. We coordinate and facilitate but are not responsible for their clinical judgement; each partner remains responsible for its own services, accreditations and reports.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse the platform (for example, false information, unauthorised access, or abuse of promotional offers). We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud or misuse.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the coordination service is limited to the fees paid for the relevant booking or membership period. We are not liable for outcomes of clinical care delivered by partners, or for delays or issues outside our reasonable control.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Questions: care@parenthealth.in · +91 98926 66070.
