Parent Health ("we", "us") is a healthcare relationship manager that coordinates preventive healthcare for parents on behalf of their family members. This policy explains how we handle personal and health information.
We collect: (a) account details of the paying member (name, email, phone, city/country); (b) beneficiary (parent) details (name, age, city, medical context you provide); (c) health information such as test reports, ECGs, prescriptions and doctor notes; and (d) usage data (device, pages, cookies) to improve the service.
To book and coordinate appointments with partner diagnostic labs, arrange doctor consultations, produce health summaries, keep you informed, provide support, process payments, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
We process personal and health data based on your consent, given when you enrol and manage your account. You may withdraw consent at any time (this may limit our ability to provide the service). Where the beneficiary is a parent, the enrolling member confirms they have the parent's consent to share their information with us.
We share information only as needed with: partner diagnostic labs and doctors delivering your care; infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud hosting and storage); payment and communication providers. All are bound by confidentiality and process data on our instructions.
Health data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted in India (Mumbai region), with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging. We retain data only as long as necessary for the service or as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Contact us at care@parenthealth.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We use essential cookies to run the site and, only with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage this via the cookie banner.
We may update this policy and will post the new date above. Questions? Email care@parenthealth.in.
