Template notice: Starting template for a demo concept — have it reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

1. What Parent Health is

Parent Health is a care-coordination service. We are not a diagnostic laboratory, hospital, pharmacy, ambulance service, or insurer. We arrange preventive health checkups and doctor consultations through independent partner labs and doctors, and help you stay informed.

2. Membership

Memberships (Gold, Platinum) are annual, per parent, and include the features described on the Plans page. Features, partners and pricing may change; material changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to have the necessary consent from the parent/beneficiary, and to use the service lawfully. Care depends on the parent's cooperation (e.g. attending appointments, providing samples).

4. Medical disclaimer

Consultations and summaries are for informational and preventive guidance only and are not a substitute for emergency care or a treating physician. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. See our Medical Disclaimer.

5. Third-party providers

Diagnostic tests and consultations are delivered by independent partners. We coordinate and facilitate but are not liable for their clinical judgement; they remain responsible for their own services and accreditations.

6. Payments

Fees are billed as shown at checkout and processed by our payment partner. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the coordination service is limited to the fees paid for the relevant membership period. We are not liable for outcomes of clinical care delivered by partners.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of the city stated in our registration details. Questions: care@parenthealth.in.
